You’ll go home knowing how to:
· read your constitution, and other people’s, through the doshas and the pulse
· cook and eat for your body, and build a daily rhythm around it
· understand how Panchakarma cleansing works, from hands-on sessions with the doctor
· carry a personal lifestyle plan back into your work and your life
Who This Training Is For
The Practitioner
For wellness professionals, facilitators and practitioners who want to add another perspective to the work they already do.
You may already work in yoga, meditation, sound healing, nutrition, bodywork or another area of wellbeing, and want to understand how Ayurvedic principles can complement your existing practice within your professional scope.
This training gives you a structured foundation in Ayurveda, from doshas and daily routines to nutrition, herbs, therapies and practical observation, so you can deepen the way you understand people, patterns and balance.
The Pivoter
For those who are in a period of transition, whether in life, career or simply in the way you want to live.
You may not know exactly what comes next yet. You may be exploring a new direction, questioning an old one, or feeling ready to understand yourself from a different perspective.
Ayurveda can offer a framework for understanding your natural tendencies, energy, habits and patterns, while the training gives you space to learn, reflect and explore how this knowledge might fit into your next chapter.
You don’t need to arrive with a fixed plan.
Sometimes the value is in understanding yourself more clearly before deciding where to go next.

In Sanskrit, “Ayurveda” means “the science of life.” The knowledge of Ayurveda originated over six thousand years ago in the Himalayan region (Himavat Kshetra) and is often referred to as the “mother of all medicines.” It stems from the ancient Vedic culture and has been passed down through oral tradition by great masters to their disciples over thousands of years. Some of the knowledge was documented thousands of years ago, but much of it remains inaccessible. The courses offered by Nada Chikitsa invite certified doctor from Nepal to guide students in mastering the fundamental knowledge and applying it to their daily lives.
