An international early childhood education consultant and psychologist from Reggio Emilia, Italy, Ambra specializes in caregiver and parent training. With over 16 years of hands-on experience, she has worked as a pedagogista, psychologist, and sensorimotor development specialist in both Italy and across Asia—deeply rooted in holistic approaches to child development and family education.
Ambra believes:

In 2019, she co-founded Bloom, a progressive early education initiative that blends the Reggio Emilia philosophy with the Balinese Tri Hita Karana values of harmony. Her programs are designed for parents, caregivers, and frontline educators, with a focus on outdoor learning, sensory-based experiences, and sustainable parenting practices.ॐ

Caregivers and educators are often the most overlooked part of early childhood education.
And yet, we firmly believe that education has never been only about the child—it is equally about the inner state and awareness of those who care for them.
True development in children only happens when the adult is emotionally grounded, attuned, and capable of offering steady presence, understanding, and response.
In this retreat, we guide parents and caregivers to balance their own needs with those of the child—designing developmentally aligned interactions and cultivating a parenting approach rooted in presence, connection, and conscious awareness..-Chi –
I grew up within the Montessori education system, and from a young age, I experienced a kind of freedom and respect that stood in contrast to traditional parenting. That experience left a deep imprint on me and became the foundation for how I would later reflect on parent–child relationships and the essence of education.
As my own healing awareness deepened, I gradually realized that parenting has never truly been just about “how to raise a child.” At its core, it’s about whether we as parents are willing to turn inward—and reconnect with our own inner child.
I firmly believe that only when parents are willing to heal themselves and see themselves clearly, can they truly see their child—meeting their needs with depth, stability, and gentle presence..
