
Booking & Cancellation Policy 2026
At Nada Chikitsa Retreats, we are devoted to crafting healing journeys that are both meaningful and immersive.
To help everything unfold smoothly, we kindly invite you to review the following terms before booking.
📩 Invoice & Confirmation
👉 For programs that occur within 60 days, we require full payment to secure your retreat spot.
👉 For programs that offer “deposit secure”, the balance is due 60 days before the retreat start date.
We’ll send you an invoice and confirmation email within 24 hours — please ensure your email address at checkout is accurate.
💰 Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we’re committed to offering flexibility whenever possible.
Deposit (30%)
Your 30% deposit is non-refundable, as it secures your spot and allows us to finalize all arrangements.
If you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your deposit to another retreat within the same calendar year — just notify us at least 60 days prior to the retreat start date.
Please note: Transferred deposits are applied to the pricing tier available at the time of transfer and are not eligible for any promotional discounts tied to the original retreat.
Balance (70%)
Cancel at least 60 days before the retreat to receive a full refund of your 70% balance.
Within 60 days of the retreat, your spot is fully prepared and reserved — while refunds aren’t available at this stage, you’re still welcome to request a transfer of your booking under our policy.
🔄 Transfer of Booking
We’re happy to accommodate changes where possible. If you’re unable to join, you may transfer your booking to another guest.
Please notify us at least 7 days prior to the retreat, and ensure our team confirms the transfer for it to be valid.
⚠️ Force Majeure
In the case of events beyond your control — such as natural disasters, political unrest, flight cancellations, or certified health issues — please reach out to us. We’ll evaluate each situation with care and do our best to offer a fair solution, such as transferring your booking to a future retreat or to another guest.
Please note: Deposits remain non-refundable in all cases.
💵 Refund & Compensation Policy for Organizer-Initiated Changes
In the event that the organizer cancels or reschedules the program, the following refund and compensation terms shall apply:
1. Force Majeure
If the change is due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, personal emergencies, bereavement), under local Indonesian regulations, the organizer is not legally required to provide financial compensation.
However, in alignment with our core values of integrity and participant care — and in reference to international standards for premium retreats and training programs, which typically offer around 5% reimbursement —
we are offering a cash reimbursement of 6.5% of your course fee as a gesture of goodwill and exceptional care, going beyond what is typically provided in the premium training and retreats.
👉 The above compensation applies only to participants who accept the rescheduled dates. If you choose to cancel your registration after alternative dates have been offered, the compensation policy will not apply.
Additionally, as a gesture of gratitude for your understanding and continued support, we offer a 5% discount on your next booking, which can be combined with any early bird promotion for future programs.
2. Non-Force Majeure
If the program is cancelled due to reasons not related to force majeure, we will offer the following compensation: a 100% full refund of the program fee, and reimbursement of 70% of your documented expenses (such as flights and accommodation).
If the program is rescheduled due to reasons not related to force majeure, we will offer the following compensation: a 100% full refund of the program fee, and reimbursement of 70% of your documented expenses (such as flights and accommodation).
👉 This compensation applies only to participants who accept the rescheduled dates. If you choose to cancel your participation instead, this compensation will not apply.
